Sara joined MXT Associates in June 2024. In addition to her previous work as an oral history transcriber, legal administrative assistant, broadcaster, and technical writer, Sara is an actor, historian, speaker, and book narrator.

Sara graduated from the University of Northern Iowa with degrees in Theatre Arts and Speech Pathology. She has written several books on women in history. Sara and her husband Terry relocated to the Twin Cities after living in Virginia for several years. While in Virginia, she served on the Board of Directors of the Society for Women and the Civil War.
